Our approach to Quality and food safety starts in the product design to assure quality and safety in recipe, ingredients, and manufacturing process. It covers the entire supply chain, from the farmers and suppliers to distribution of the products. We follow rigorous procurement and auditing processes to ensure we select safe, high quality raw materials always complying with the most stringent regulations and the latest scientific knowledge.
Laboratorios Ordesa performs exhaustive preventive measures and controls based in HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and the implementation of good manufacturing and hygiene practices at our supply centres to guarantee the absolute safety of our products and promotional elements.
In order to ensure the finest quality of our products, we perform exhaustive controls and monitoring in all stages of production, from the reception of raw materials, manufacture and distribution, to their reception by final consumers, therefore guaranteeing total and absolute traceability.

To achieve the maximum food safety in our products, at Ordesa we act proactively based on recommendations of European experts, constantly updating our controls in accordance with current legislation.
